A sound answer to the question of whether and how a plan holds up – before a budget depends on it.
The most expensive decisions in technical projects are taken at the beginning, when least is known. A week of clarification regularly replaces a quarter of rebuilding.
We examine plans before they grow large: where does the real risk lie, which assumption carries the entire solution, what can be measured within a few days? We also look at existing systems – as a second opinion, ahead of a takeover, or when nobody remembers why something was built the way it was.
