Joining two systems that know nothing about each other into one process – reliably, traceably and without manual steps in between.
The most expensive part of many processes is the person who transfers data from one screen to the other. It costs time, produces errors and makes analysis useless, because nobody knows which version applies.
We build the connection in between: as an API, as middleware or as a scheduled synchronisation. What matters is not only that data flows, but that you can see it when it does not – with logging, retry logic and one place where the current state can be read off.
